The Clients Always Write

I first met Brian at an open house, and right from the start he was very helpful - giving me pointers on how to start the process when I was ready and offering to help guide me through the intimidating steps of buying my first home. I contacted him when I became serious about buying. I had met with a few other Realtors through listings I found, but Brian really impressed me. He really listened when I told him what I was looking for, and didn't waste my time showing me places that were not right for me.

He was far more knowledgeable than the other Realtors I met with, and pointed out things about the places we were looking at that I didn't even notice. I was also impressed with the amount of time he spent with me, even driving me back around the different neighborhoods of the condos I was considering. Once I made my decision, he was extremely helpful and professional throughout the buying process, checking in with me along the way to answer any questions I had. The process went very smoothly (much smoother than it did for others I know going through the buying process) and I believe Brian was a big part of that. I'm extremely happy in my new place, and when I decide to sell, Brian will be the first person I call!

We knew of Todd’s reputation and his expertise in our building and we still interviewed a couple of agents because we were in a tight financial situation. The other agents told us Todd had “similar listings” and couldn’t focus on selling our place.

When I bumped into Todd, I told him we were thinking about going with another agent because he had competing listings, Todd laughed and said, “But that’s exactly why you should list with me! I know all the motivated buyers.” Then, and I’m not kidding - standing right there outside the gym - he sent two texts and made one call. That turned into three showings and three offers! Turns out 2010 was not such a tough year to sell real estate if you had the right agent!

Todd, you rock!! And just so you know, this is the story we’ve been telling all our friends.
